House with garden – near train station

Welcome! This house is ideal if you are looking for a quiet place close to the city center, train station and shops. It is located in a quiet area, with a small garden, it will welcome you to have a pleasant stay. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining table, bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, a last bedroom with a double bed. High-speed fiber WiFi. The space On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room, consisting of a large table that can easily accommodate 6 people, a large sofa, an Oled TV, a sound bar, a toilet but also a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher. An outdoor access, small garden of 200 m2 with terrace where there is garden furniture. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower, double sinks, there is a toilet. In the first bedroom, we have a double bed with a dressing room. In the second bedroom, there is a double bed + a single bed with a dressing room. In the third bedroom, there is a double bed, TV and two storage units. The garage and office are not available for rent for logistical reasons. Guest access You will have access to the ground floor as well as the garden and upstairs. The office and garage will not be accessible. A parking space will be available in front of the accommodation. Entry and exit will be via a key box. Other things to note My family members or I may access the garage during your stay, don't worry, we will have access to the garage from outside, we will not disturb you during your stay. If the accommodation is not returned clean, you may be asked for an extra fee.
