Villa for 10/12 people in a nice small village. 1h40 from Lyon and 40min from Vichy. Every shop avalable in 12 min at Lapalisse. Living room with stove, dining room. Kitchen with glass wall overlooking the closm garden with barbecue and plancha. Roof top with view. 4 bedrooms and a play room. 2 bathrooms and 2 WC. car park in front of the house. The space The house is composed with : a big hall, a laundry, a pantry, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, owen, dishwasher. living room with wood stove, dining room. 2 bedroom with double bed 160*200, 1 bedroom with double bed 140*200, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds 90*200. A play room with 1 single bed and 2 extra mattress. An office with one bed but it's a passage room. 2 bathroom and 1 WC per floor. A closed garden with garden fourniture, barbecue and plancha. A roof top with secured acces. In the village, in front of the house, there is a playground with ping pong table, foot/basket area and petanque. Other things to note This house is my real family house, not just a rent house. You can use everything you need, game, equipement, ....but please, be kind with my stuff.
