It is in a good neighborhood with local security and good accessible roads. Short commute to city center, walking track along Bagamoyo road. Walkable distance to Makumbusho bus terminal, shopping centers, Brake Point, Millennium Tower, Makumbusho village museum, Tanzanite Park, Victoria, Morocco, etc. The space NOTE on Electricity Usage: Also, please note that in order for us to continue offering lower prices for our rooms, we engage and promote responsible energy consumption, among other measures. We encourage our guests to use energy wisely because it helps us reduce electricity costs, which directly allow us to offer much more competitive prices for our rooms. In that effort, we came up with average daily consumption for this unit which is about 3 units (3 kWh). We are committed to providing the guest 5 units (5 kWh) per day. Guests are allowed to purchase additional units, as they wish, in cases of above average consumption. We encourage our guests to exercise reasonable key strategies outlined below, to avoid electricity waste: Key strategies: - [ ] Please close all windows and doors while using air conditioner (A/C). - [ ] Please avoid using multiple AC units at the same time. - [ ] Please turn off lights and appliances when leaving a room/house, and unplug devices when not in use to avoid "phantom load" energy consumption.  - [ ] Open curtains during daylight hours to utilize natural light instead of artificial lighting. - [ ] Please consider taking shorter showers to reduce water usage. - [ ] Please utilize fans instead of air conditioning whenever possible, especially during mild and hot weather. - [ ] Please adjust thermostat settings to moderate levels, avoiding extreme cold temperature settings.
