Treat yourself to a 12 m² private room with a large desk and PC screen, ideal for remote working or relaxing. The pull-out bed offers two sleeping options: two 80 x 200 beds or one 160 x 200 bed, depending on your needs. You will have a private bathroom and toilet, located in the adjoining rooms. The house accommodates animals (cats and dogs), so it is necessary to be comfortable with them. The space Welcome to our single-story villa, located just a 10-minute walk from charming downtown Sommières. Common Area: Enjoy a large, friendly living room, including a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, and a sitting area where you can share good times with the three of us. Outdoor: Outside, relax on the terrace equipped with sun loungers or enjoy the garden with its synthetic grass, refreshing pool and a soccer cage for sports enthusiasts. Private Room: The room is designed to accommodate up to 2 people, including children. Please note that it's not possible to add a crib, as the space would be too small. Ideal Location: Beaches: La Grande Motte is only 30 minutes away, and Le Grau-du-Roi is 45 minutes away. Cities: Access Nîmes or Montpellier in just 30 minutes. Guest access The laundry room will only be accessible for stays longer than 5 days. The same applies for the barbecue and the entire kitchen. During your stay We will be present in the accommodation Other things to note Important information about your stay: Pets in the house: We have two cats and a dog, a very nice Doberman who grew up with babies and cats. Although our pets are part of the family, rest assured: the house is clean and quiet. In addition, the female dog sleeps with us, so you won't be disturbed when you come and go in the house. Cleaning Service: For long stays, we will do the cleaning once a week. Check-out cleaning fee includes 2 hours of cleaning (bedding included).
