It is a studio located on the border of Santa Monica and Venice Beach, .5 mile from the beach. Clean, minimalist, ECO-friendly artist's studio with all of the amenities and in the BEST LOCATION. Indulge in comfort with a brand-spankin'-new Queen Nest mattress, full comfort (mini split AC and heat), ceiling fan, and a 55" TV loaded with Netflix and Hulu+. Indulge in your bathroom that has a cast iron tub, (provided bath salts) and shower combination for your bathing preference as well as plushy towels and dimmable lighting. Feeling chef-y? Our full kitchen's got your back – new fridge, 4 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and blender for your morning smoothies. Coffee, seasonings, oils, vinegars, creamers, sugers, etc. provided. Ready to explore? You're just a stroll away from local restaurants, yoga spots, and art galleries on our peaceful, quiet street, nestled right next to all the hot spots. This is an easy stroll to the beach. PARKING Parking? Free on the street or snag a reserved spot for $20/night. There is a restriction on vehicle height, no vehicles over 7 feet high and/or 22 feet long between 2 am and 6am. There is also street cleaning on Mon and Tues from 8am to 10am every other weekend. Just park on one side or the other, just pay attention to street signs. PETS If you're bringing a dog, just shoot me a heads-up before booking. We've got some rules to make sure everyone has a fab stay! We do not allow any other animals besides doggies, so sorry. Include your pet at the time of booking. We do not allow doggies over 75 lbs. Dogs are strictly prohibited from being on the bed. We ask for verification for Service Dogs.
