Triple room with private bathroom, overlooking the balcony on the first floor in a pleasant and quiet internal courtyard in the center of the village. A few minutes' walk will take you out of the center of the village, where there are many marked trails in the woods. A few minutes by car/bus from the center of Arona and the lakefront. The space On the other side of the courtyard there are three common areas freely accessible to guests: - living room with fireplace and multimedia space - training and movement activity area. - dining area with dining room We have space to keep your bicycles indoors in the courtyard (which remains closed at night) Guest access Guests have access to the common areas according to the seasonally indicated schedule. The kitchen is available for breakfast and aperitifs (not included in the price of the stay). Lunches and dinners can be arranged upon request by booking the day before the menu displayed in the kitchen. During your stay We are three partners: Oliver, Federico and Thomas. One of us will always be present to greet you and welcome you. We hope that this space can offer moments of rest and detachment from the rest of the world, but also give an opportunity for socializing and interesting encounters between guests in the common areas for those who want to. The gym is available all day for anyone who wants to stretch their muscles while staying on the property or to do some mobility and stretching before and after an excursion. Other things to note There are two cats, as shy as they are curious, that wander around the square (especially in the evening).
