Other things to note ➞ As standard we provide the following during your stay - Individually wrapped Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and sauces to get you under way for your stay. ➞ Single-use individually wrapped shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. ➞ Check in time is 16:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. ➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area. ➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee. ➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys. ➞ Furnished Accommodation provide a hotel standard of service in all of our properties. ➞ We're like a hotel without staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out. ➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID prior to check in which will be requested through a secure link via the Airbnb messaging service.
