The basement is waiting for guests

Come alone or bring a child (cot, see picture). In the neighboring room we have a double bed, so if you need more space both rooms can be rented. Quiet area, playground as the closest "neighbor" and large garden the children can run around in. 12-15 min from Kristiansund city center and 5 min from a fantastic beach. I am a Motorcyclist 🏍️🏍️ and teach yoga 🧘🏼 Access to simple tools. Simple bathroom. Host showers sporadically in the same bathroom. Kitchen/private entrance. Patio with sun in the morning/day. Fire pit and barbecue. The space Cozy basement room, with single bed and children's bed/bunk bed (see picture). Kitchen table/work table with 3 comfortable chairs and large bow sofa in blue leather with table. Has its own entrance and kitchen now/in the neighboring room. Large refrigerator for guests only. Kitchen utensils for simple cooking. Guest access The entire basement (except for a hallway/former main entrance) is rented to Airbnb guests. Simple standard in the bathroom, but hair and skin care products, towels etc. free of charge for all guests. As a guest, you can rent one or both rooms. If you rent one room, you share a bathroom with other guests. The landlord occasionally uses the shower.(Usually in connection with cleaning/check-in and check-out.) Laundry room/single kitchen is shared with other guests and washing machine can be in use to clean bed linen, towels etc. During your stay The guest chooses how much dialogue he/she wants with the host. You can check in as self check-in and/or with Keybox, or I can meet you. You can rent leisure equipment if you want this… you can contact the host in advance if you want to rent a kayak, equipment such as a wetsuit and day trip equipment for excursions for beach and bathing, or equipment such as tents and equipment for mountain hiking. Rent out motorcycles to adult guests. (Motorcycle certificate, heavy motorcycle for 5 years +) All of the simpler driving equipment is already available here 🏍️ English language. Just ask if you need anything. Tips for excursions etc. I have posted some of them on Airbnb, and more are coming. Just ask, I have good local knowledge. Other things to note Bathroom and cooking facilities do not meet high standards, but are functional and practical.
