It is a spacious two-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bright bathroom. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people and has a comfortable, luxurious hotel bed, like in a 5-star hotel. In the living room, there is a large and comfortable sofa bed next to the round dining table for four people. The sofa bed with its 160 x 200 cm mattress can accommodate two people. Additionally, there is a large smart TV in the living room. (ATTENTION: Unfortunately, the use of the TV is only possible from mid/end of April.) The living area leads directly to the terrace, which allows space for a large outdoor dining table. In the stylish bedroom, an extra large double bed 180 × 200 cm is available for our guests for restful nights. The opaque curtains ensure a quiet and private atmosphere for a pleasant sleep. A chest of drawers and a wardrobe provide enough space for storing clothes. In addition, there is also a desk with a reading lamp in the sleeping area. The spacious kitchen provides a room to cook together. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. In addition to the NESPRESSO coffee machine, there is a toaster and a kettle. Here you will find everything you need to prepare something delicious. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer and hand soap. On the bed, there are already two towels of different sizes for each guest. The bath mat is in the bathroom. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. In the villa there are four more apartments. Guest access The parking lot in the courtyard of the listed villa provides easy access to the house via a few steps. The apartment is on the ground floor. Access to the living room is not barrier-free.
