The Green Emelaar

The Groene Emelaar lives up to its name with its unique and quiet location, among the trees, surrounded by meadows, the Barneveldse beek (500 m), on the Marskramerspad and many other hiking trails. A brand new sustainable house built of wood, with all modern amenities. A private entrance, 2 double bedrooms, a nice bathroom, a living room with kitchen, sitting area and TV. Close to the major cities: Amersfoort (6 km), Utrecht (30 km) and Amsterdam (56 km). Electric charging point at the house. The space The green Emelaar is the side part of the house and consists of: Ground floor: - Parking space with charger - A terrace with garden - A private entrance - An independent living room with a modern kitchen and TV - A private bathroom for guests, with shower and toilet. First Floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 twin bed and 2 single beds) - A large landing You share the staircase and the hall with me. Bed linen, kitchen towels, dish towels, bath towels and bathrobes are provided. Guest access The right part of the house is my private space. There is a terrace with picnic bench and a garden for guests. You can also be in our yard, use the vegetable garden, the fruit orchard and pick apples, pears or plums, watch the sheep, and light a candle in the chapel. There is also a fully equipped event room with kitchen, toilet, smart board, piano, etc. This can be rented in consultation. Other things to note Please! The tourist tax for the municipality of Leusden is €3.28 per person per night. I will bill this separately. Please pay in cash, preferably upon arrival. Breakfast: There is a fully equipped kitchen for the guests so we assume that you will provide breakfast yourself. As a basis, there is: Coffee, tea, coffee milk, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil. Packaged; jam, peanut butter, sprinkles, honey crackers, gingerbread, oatmeal. perishable milk, orange juice, 4 fresh eggs In the village of Achterveld is a Spar and several restaurants (3 km). Or the foodcourt with MC Donalds etc. (4 km)
