On bus route to Kingsbridge and Dartmouth where you can continue to Plymouth or hop on a local bus to Salcombe or Totnes. Closest beach is Torcross, an 8 minutes drive or hop on the Dartmouth bus which takes you there. Approximately 20 minute drive to a selection of beautiful beaches, Hope Cove, South Milton and East Portlemouth. The space 2 double bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a really comfortable King sized bed Bedroom 2 has a small really comfortable double bed and a bedsetee Both bedrooms have 32”TVs and plenty of storage The bathroom has a bath with mounted electric shower. Open plan lounge and dining area with 42” smart TV (freesat) French double doors onto small decked area Good internet connection Kitchen with dishwasher electric oven and hob, air fryer, etc Freezer and washing machine in attached outhouse Small patio at front of property and patio at back containing garden seating and gas bbq.
