Double room in central location

Double room in the flat on the 3rd floor, between Poole Quay and High Street with views of Poole Harbour. King size bed, a small table and chairs, wardrobe. Excellent location, next to the Poole harbour and Poole Quay and High Street. Plenty of pubs and restaurants few steps away. Sandbanks Beach is a 15-minute drive or a short bus ride away. Train station is 10 min walking away, and the Ferry Terminal is 17 min away. The space You will enter the flat using a key stored in a key safe. Flat is on the 3rd floor via stair. Message me for parking. Guest access Double bedroom has the lock. You have access to shared bathroom with the bath. Kitchen Use: You are free to use some kitchen facilities including microwave, sink, utensils, crockery etc to prepare your own food. We do not provide food but you are welcome to store your own food in the fridges provided.  Use Nespresso machine or instant coffee or tea bags provided. Crème sachets and sugar is also provided. During your stay I am usually out during weekends. When I am in I will respect your privacy but will be there in case of any queries. Other things to note Parking available on the street around the block (I can’t guarantee there will be available parking spot!) or anywhere in Zone A Old Town. It cost £2.71/24hrs, just message me and I’ll sort it out. Please give me one day notice to complete the booking. Alternatively you can park in the Quay visitors multi-storey or behind Poole Quay Hotel car park for a fee. No breakfast/lunch/dinner is served.
