Between village and countryside, this 4-sided villa with 1000 m² garden and Nordic bath is the perfect place to stay with family or friends. Shops are within walking distance and the access road to the villa is a cul-de-sac. It is quiet and traffic is very limited. The villa is 200 m² of living space. The Hautes Fagnes Nature Park and the Spa-Francorchamps circuit are a 25-minute drive away. The space Please note that the villa has only one bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub and toilet upstairs. A second toilet is available on the ground floor. The house is fully equipped as it is usually inhabited by a family of 5 people. I can heat the Nordic bath for your arrival if you wish. 2 chickens live in the garden as well as a cat that can be moved if necessary. Quiet neighborhood. No parties. No noise after 10 p.m. The TV is not connected, but if you come with your movies on a USB stick or computer, the TV is functional (HDMI cable available). The villa has 2 private parking spaces.
