Master bedroom has a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/drier and a balcony with gorgeous ocean views. The condo has a large shared pool, hot tub, multiple tennis courts, as well as a newly built club house with fire pit, BBQ and state of the art gym. PLEASE NOTE this is a condominium and all guests have to submit an application that has to be submitted to the board for approval. This is a fairly easy and quick process, but always required for all rentals. MINIMUM RENTAL is 90 DAYS. Local Tax applies.
