Situated near Rembrandtpark, our two-floor apartment offers convenient access to public transportation. Just around the corner, you'll find a tram stop, providing direct connections to the city center in approximately 20 minutes. The space The apartment spans two floors. On the ground floor, you'll discover the living area with an adjoining baby room, a modern kitchen featuring bar-style seating, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ascending the stairs from the living room, you'll reach the first floor, where another studio apartment-style room awaits, complete with a double bed, a comfortable sofa, and a TV. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment. Other things to note Kindly be aware that this property is a private residence, not intended for commercial use. We take great pride in maintaining our home, and we sincerely hope that our guests will also appreciate and respect this aspect during their stay. Since this is a private residence, you may come across some of the homeowner's personal belongings, though we do our best to store them away. We could also leave out a selection of condiments, spices, butter, and other food and beverages for our guests to enjoy The apartment is accessible via steep stairs.
