Stunning natural setting with 300-year-old cork oak trees. Private but not isolated. The electric gate gives access to ample parking. The 3 bedroom main house is completely refurbished and measures 210m². The two guest cottages are away from the main house: a 1-bedroom guest apartment of 37m² and a 1 bed studio of approximately 28m². The main house is light and bright and is connected to fibre optics WIFI. Each window offers a picture with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, towards the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The main house has a large covered terrace facing South-East. From here the house is entered. Sliding doors open to an entrance hall with guest toilet. To the right, is a lovely open plan sitting/dining room. This lovely area is connected to a spacious covered dining terrace with BBQ and fish pond. The living room has a well-working wood burner. Every window here gives you breathtaking views. Towards the palm trees and the sea on one side and the mountain range on the other. A fully fitted, recently renewed kitchen is found on the ground floor to the left of the entrance. Fitted with an island and stools to chat away during cooking. All appliances are new, except the range cooker. A small hot water boiler is installed for instant hot water. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms en-suite. A spacious mater suite with shower room and sliding doors towards a terrace. A guest suite also opens up to the terrace. The third bedroom has views over the back garden. All bathrooms have been recently renewed. All rooms are fitted with AC (hot & cold) next to the central heating. The marvellous and spacious terrace on this first floor has again stunning sea views. Around the house is a beautiful landscaped garden, very well maintained, a large pool with ample sunbathing terraces. The garden has a programmed computerized irrigation system. The second cottage is located on the other part of the plot, in the woods, and reached by a pathway from the main parking. It is a studio suite with kitchenette and large terrace. Very private and of course, views to die for. The setting of this house is one of a kind. The ancient old oak trees, the waving palms, the stunning views over the Mediterranean sea and the Sierra Bermeja, it is a true privilege to be here! In the middle of nature, yet at a short drive to the beach. An ideal location to be in the mountains, with walks from your doorstep yet at just a 15-minute drive from the white village Casares, 20 minutes from the beach and the golf courses, and 1 hour and 10 minutes from the Malaga airport. Guest access The caretaker lives near our estate. She will welcome you at the agreed place in Casares and accompany you to the estate and give you the keys and further instructions. The garden has a computer-controlled irrigation system. Other things to note Electricity consumption: Our estate is located in beautiful nature. We choose to live environmentally consciously. Therefore, the electricity meter is noted on arrival and departure, a normal consumption of 400Kwh is included in the price, should there be additional consumption this will be charged at 0,30€/KWh. We therefore advise you to be careful with the air conditioning and keep windows and doors closed when it is on. It is therefore to your advantage to make sure when leaving the house that there is no unnecessary consumption such as air conditioning and lighting.
