A unique paradise in the mountains! Accessed via a well-maintained mountain road, partly concrete, you are pleasantly surprised by this unique piece of paradise on earth. A stunning natural setting with 300-year-old cork oak trees. Private, yet not isolated. The electric gate provides access to ample parking space. The main house, featuring 3 luxurious and spacious bedrooms, has been fully renovated and measures 210 m². The guest house is located on the same estate and offers 1 bedroom and a living room of 37 m². The main house is bright and airy and is connected to fiber-optic WiFi. Every window is like a painting, offering beautiful views over the surrounding hills and the Mediterranean Sea. The entrance is via a spacious covered southeast-facing terrace. Sliding doors open into an entrance hall with a guest toilet. To the right is a lovely open-plan living area with an adjoining cozy dining space. This living area opens onto a large covered dining terrace with a BBQ and a pond. The living room features a well-functioning wood-burning stove. To the left of the entrance is a fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen with an island and bar stools—perfect for socializing while cooking. All kitchen appliances are new, except for the range cooker. A small hot water boiler has been installed for instant hot water. On the first floor, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms. A spacious master suite has sliding doors leading to a terrace. The bathroom of this suite is equipped with underfloor heating. One of the guest suites also opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom overlooks the rear garden. All bathrooms have large walk-in showers. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning (hot and cold) in addition to central heating. Guest access The caretaker lives near our estate. She will welcome you at the agreed place in Casares and accompany you to the estate and give you the keys and further instructions. The garden has a computer-controlled irrigation system. Other things to note Electricity consumption: Our estate is located in beautiful nature. We choose to live environmentally consciously. Therefore, the electricity meter is noted on arrival and departure, a normal consumption of 400Kwh is included in the price, should there be additional consumption this will be charged at 0,30€/KWh. We therefore advise you to be careful with the air conditioning and keep windows and doors closed when it is on. It is therefore to your advantage to make sure when leaving the house that there is no unnecessary consumption such as air conditioning and lighting.
