A fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen is located on the ground floor, to the left of the entrance. It is equipped with an island and stools to chat while cooking. All appliances are new except the stove. A small water heater is installed to provide hot water instantly. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom. Guest access The manager lives close to our property. She will meet you at the agreed place in Casares and accompany you to the property, giving you the keys and other instructions. The garden is equipped with a computer-controlled irrigation system. Other things to note Electricity consumption: Our estate is located in a beautiful natural setting. We chose to live in an environmentally friendly way. Therefore, the electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out, a normal consumption of 400Kwh is included in the price, if there is additional consumption, it will be charged at €0.30/KWh. We therefore advise you to pay attention to the air conditioning and to keep the windows and doors closed when it is working. It is therefore best to make sure, when leaving the house, that there is no unnecessary consumption such as air conditioning and lighting.
