Guest access Dear guests, Please note that pool heating is available during the cooler months — from mid-November through the end of April. This service is not included in the nightly rate and is available upon request for an additional fee of $20 per day. If you would like to use this option, kindly let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for your arrival. Other things to note Grill Use If you use the grill during your stay, please make sure to clean it before you check out. If the grill is left dirty, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. Propane Tank Refills Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if it runs out during their stay. House Rules Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property, both inside the home and on the surrounding premises. Additional visitors are allowed only with prior approval. Violation of this rule may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
