The apartment is perfect for couples, friends or a family with children. The internal layout is modern and stylish and has everything you would need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. This includes air conditioning, flat screen TV Free Wi-Fi, beach towels, dishwasher & washing machine, an open plan kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge and a spacious living room and dining area. The two bedrooms enjoy natural sunlight and a view of the fields at the back of the building. Both the master bedroom and the living room have patio doors that open to a large balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning or a meal over a glass of wine watching the sunset in the evening. The Mythical Sands Resort encompasses a wealth of magnificent facilities, including a gated child friendly pool area as well as a bigger pool, both shared only with other Mythical Sands owners and guests. The pools are also surrounded by a sun terrace for relaxation and a reception. There is also a children’s play area. It is all just a few steps away from the apartment that is on the second floor and has access to a lift and private parking. You will be just 5-7 minutes walk to four beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue water and a short drive to many more along the coast. Guest access The nearest airport is Larnaca which is approximately 40 minutes away by car. Larnaca is served by all main airlines, including many of budget ones. Although not essential, you can hire a car that will enable you to explore the island. You can hire a car straight from Larnaca airport or from one of the many local care hire places. Happy to make recommendations. Roads in Cyprus are very well made and signposted both in Greek and English so driving around the island is easy and a pure joy. They also drive on the same side as in the UK so if you drive in the UK, that’s a bonus. Taxis are also available at the airport 24/7. Self check is available with code for the gate for parking and to access the swimming pools and tennis court. Other things to note 1. Free private parking 2. Free wifi in the apartment 3. One cleaning with clean towels and sheets is included in your booking. Extra cleaning and change of sheets/towels can be provided by the local cleaning company for 60 euros. For self-service, there is a washing machine, mop, broom and hoover in the apartment.
