Welcome to your recently renovated Beach themed guest room on the ground floor with a private entrance. 5 minute flat walk to the beach The refurbished bedroom and bathroom is spacious and bright, sleeps two on a large king size bed with soft sprung mattress and duck feather quilt. A Z-bed is available on request for a child ( No under 5’s) Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Parking on the drive. Free WiFi. It comprises of large king size bed with soft sprung mattress, king size duck feather quilt, tv, small bistro table, tea & coffee facilities, small under counter fridge. Please note no plates or cutlery. The renovations were finished end of April 2024 & finished in a beach style theme with wallpaper, decorations & colour of the room reflecting this. The area Literally a 5 minute walk to the award winning sandy beaches, and the stunning Hengistbury Head and Nature Reserve. The trendy SoBo Beach Bar is a 10 minute stroll along the level promenade. Southbourne Grove is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive away with its funky shops, vibrant bars and restaurants. Perfect for walkers and romantic breaks, Southbourne Beach is a gem along the south coast of England. It offers a long sandy shoreline. We are located at Hengistbury Head with its stunning views across the Isle of Wight and Studland Bay. For even better views, consider walking to the top of the Head for great views along the coast and over Christchurch Harbour. Unlike the busier parts of Bournemouth’s beaches, Southbourne Beach is less crowded and provides plenty of space for relaxation. Visitors enjoy the golden sand, and it’s an excellent spot for a leisurely stroll with no steep slopes at this part of the beach. Historic Christchurch is only 15 minutes walk away if you take the Wick Ferry and Mudeford and Avon beach is a 15min drive away. Guest access Private side entrance.
