Welcome to our studio located in Pignan, a small friendly village 10 minutes from Montpellier, 30 seconds from the Garrigue and 15 minutes from the sea. The studio is new (26 m2), ideal for two people, children are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet. Outside, you will find a small patio ideal for breakfast as well as access to the natural pool with shared access with the owners. The space The accommodation consists of a living room with leather sofa, TV with Internet access, kitchen equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher, small alcove with double bed as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. Other things to note Our goal is to maintain a relaxing and restful setting. The studio is not accessible to children.
