My love for the arts, tango dancing, antiques and warm people is the main reason I purchased my little gem. Why Palermo Hollywood: This is one of the last complete homes left available in all of Palermo. Despite having many offers from developers to buy it and tear it down to convert it into a commercial building, I will never sell it. It is completely authentic with some modern updates. I just love the original tall wooden doors, marble staircase, slate floors and leaded stain glass windows. The Unique Benefits at this House: There is a lot of space and with an open loft type feel to it so everyone can stay joined together, if so desired or have complete privacy and independence should that be the preference. Also, this is a very residential street despite being in the most fashionable areas of Palermo Hollywood, so its more quiet. Location is walking distance to all the shop, restaurants, cafes and bars.
