The Old School

The old village school has retained its charm and authentic decor. Saugane is a hamlet with 2 active farms: sheep and cows as neighbors, absolute calm and garden ideal for taking meals under the magnificent lime tree, playing a game of pétanque or ping pong. The house is spacious, there is a large living room (formerly the classroom), a billiards table, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. 5min from Lac de Villefranche-de-Panât The space On the ground floor: a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a large living room (70m2) with TV and billiards table A double bedroom (ideal for a couple with children), 1 bathroom with wc Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (one with a crib) and a bathroom with wc The garden: a parking area, a leisure area with petanque court, ping pong, croquet, a large 8 cutlery table under a beautiful lime tree, close to the Weber Barbecue Guest access Annie, our neighbor, ensures: reception, check-in and check-out. She will show you all the features of the House, and can provide you with farm products if needed. Only one bedroom (locked) and garage (locked) are not accessible. Other things to note The house is fed by spring water, it is drinkable, and soft for the shower. Linens (sheets, pillowcases) and bath towels are not provided.
