Own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, & kitchenette

15 minute walk to Aylesbury Town/Waterside Theatre. Private ground floor entrance, double bedroom with work station , own ensuite bathroom. Great Wi-Fi connection & smart TV. Shared utility/kitchenette area with sink, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. We try to limit using this area when guests stay as this will be your own food preparation area. Please note we do not allow access to the rest of the house as this is your private area during your stay. Parking for 1 car, on driveway. The space Seperate entrance to side of property. Comfortable double bed, clean laundry and towels provided. Work station and desk chair with super fast broadband, fire alarm and carbon dioxide alarm. Bathroom has toilet, basin and level access shower, with toiletries included should you need them. Utility/kitchette area is fully equipped with everything you should need (including a kitchen sink), the only thing it doesn't have is a large oven, but guests have access to a induction hob and airfryer for cooking, in addition to toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Two cats have access to this area and come through to the main house. Also a dog lives in the main house. The animals will not interact with you as internal doors to the main house are locked for your privacy. Guest access Private access (with key safe) via the side door of the main house. The cats also use this entrance via a cat flap, but they won't bother you. The kitchenette is also used as the families utility as it has a washing machine and tumble dryer although we try to limit using these appliances when guests have booked the space, only needing access infrequently for week long stays.
