Master Suite has private bath with shower and tub with double sinks. Two additional bedrooms with walk in closets with shared bathroom on bottom floor. Great room has two large living room areas. Open floor plan with great views from windows. Huge dining room table in great room plus breakfast nook off of kitchen, which is modern and has plenty of space to cook. There are two rooms upstairs with 3 single beds and another sitting area to enjoy. The bottom floor is accessible friendly. Access is via private gate, long driveway to open area around home, with paths to the river to enjoy. Home is less than 1 mile away from 285/17 on well-maintained dirt road. This is a great place to stargaze, enjoy the views of mountains all around, or use as a base to visit all that the Mystic San Luis Valley has to offer. If you are visiting for a hunting trip, San Antonio Mountain is only 5 miles away. Guest access There is an attached garage and cohost accessible office space that is not included in this rental. There are also several other buildings on the property, including a workshop and outbuildings that are not included in the rental and should not be accessed by guests. Other things to note The bottom floor is accessible to some mobility aids. Please contact host for more information. This house is not child or baby proofed. Pets may be accepted on a case by basis with pet fee. Fee must be paid prior to arrival. Any signs of aggressive behavior by pets is cause for removal. Because we are pet friendly we don't use poison on the property, so you might encounter field mice and chipmunks occasionally. This is a shared property with two other rentals. You are renting the house. You will be provided a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels.
