We'd hate to disappoint & Edinburgh is blessed with a range of accommodation, but this is not the flat for you. Although it is over a 100 years old, it has recently been renovated and has a back garden. Children, pets are welcome, non-smokers preferred. It's also where I live (some of the time) The space As the flat is built on the side of bank, you enter from street level, go downstairs and can then walk out of the back or through the conservatory into a raised garden. The building is over a hundred years old so with heaps of character. The unique location on the edge of Holyrood Park is what makes it so special; you can literally walk out into nature from the front doorstep....or the back for that matter, as the rear bedroom has a door opening straight out on to the private garden. Indoors, the living room has a gas fired cast iron stove which keeps it cozy when the temperature drops. There's a kitchen adjoining the lounge and a bathroom off the kitchen. And a conservatory off that. Like I say, the place has character. Guest access Guests can walk straight out of the front door and be in nature. In fact you can do that from the back too. There's broadband access and a BBQ for those who enjoy dining en pleine-aire. Parking: on-street metered parking at end of the block, between 8:30-5, Monday-Friday.
