Wow! The first thought when you walk into this unit and look through to the back wall of windows with beautiful views of South Peak on Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River rolling by below! Come enjoy this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with 2100 sq-ft of rustic charm and character. While staying at the house, guests will have free wifi, cable tv and large couch to make the mountain home as warm and cozy as you would expect. In the Summer months, there is A/C to keep you cool after spending a day out in the heat. The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe. The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river.. In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available. Additional parking is available, please ask. Although my wife and I do not live on the premises and will most likely not be close by during your stay, we are available through the Airbnb instant messaging system at any time to assist with questions about the house or with dining or recreation suggestions for the area. We use the townhouse ourselves for family vacations so we know both the house and the area very well. Please feel free to reach out. During the winter months from December 4th until March 28th, a shuttle runs every day, picking skiers up directly in front of the house and will drop of at either lodge. This shuttle only services Lincoln station and the property next door making the round trip runs less than 20 minutes. Ask for the bus schedule if you stay with us! The house does use a Ring Doorbell with camera that takes vidoe images of the front porch. This is utilized primarily to be a easy access for guest if they have any problems getting into the house.
