On a hillside overlooking the beach and islands of Praia de Lagoinha in Ubatuba, Vila Praiana offers seven unique apartments equipped for families of four. Praia de Lagoinha is an ideal beach for families and swimmers and Praia de Sapê is well known for surfing and stand-up paddling. The space The minimalist modern design lends itself to the simple lifestyle of this beach community. Each apartment features a well equipped kitchen with micro-wave and full-sized refrigerator, a bathroom with shower, a ceiling fan in the living room, a 32" LED TV with Chromecast and Mesh Wifi. There is air conditioning in each double bedroom. Unit 5 is all on one level with a separate room with a bunk bed, a sofa bed in the living room and a spacious terrace. This unit is designed for a family of six. We gladly accept children until 13 years free of charge.
