Our apartment is comfortable and quiet, ideal for those who need a cozy place to rest during a business trip or sightseeing. - The room has air-conditioning, a double bed, pillows and a set of sheets - The bathroom is exclusive to the guest, however it is outside the room. We offer towels and soap. - Kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker - Living room: TV, sofa - We have 4 cats The space - Address of our accommodation: Residencial Ana Letícia R, Goiânia, 54, next to the "Paulo de Tarso" workshop Sumaré Neighborhood, next to BR 304 - The condominium has pedestrian access through a private key (available to guests) and car access through a remote control (also available to guests), with a garage available. - The apartment is on the first floor, it does not have an elevator, access is only by stairs. - Still on location: It is 2 minutes from bars and restaurants It is 5 minutes from UFERSA and supermarket It's 10 minutes from downtown Guest access Access to our accommodation will be through the doorman during the hours of (6:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.) or the janitor (7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. / 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.), who will authorize the entrance. During your stay Guests will be able to communicate with us through messages and calls, and we will always be available. Other things to note Our kittens spend most of their time hiding around the apartment.
