Cedar View, a former wing of Rusland Hall, is located to the beautiful and secluded Rusland Valley and within the Lake District National Park. Located between Coniston and Windermere and approximately 3 miles south of Grizedale Forrest, Cedar View is ideally located for mountain biking, walking, climbing and water sports. Alternatively why not visit one of the local villages for a more relaxed getaway. The space The grade 2 listed Lakeland Stone home provides spacious accommodation boasting original period features with modern amenities. The home consists of four bedrooms, sleeping eight occupants with the option of two additional put-up beds if required. There is a fully equipped dining kitchen, impressive lounge through formal dining area and large patio for dining during more favorable weather. Up to 2 well behaved pets are permitted, to the ground floor only. Second floor: - Stairway and landing leading to loft room. - Kingsize bed located in eaves for the more agile occupant (low ceiling height). Externally: - Roadside parking is available outside the courtyard. Typically two or three car spaces but this is dependent on other residents nearby. - Rear garden - Enclosed and secure with gateway to roadside.
