It is a 15-minute drive from downtown Saquarema, and a 3-minute drive from downtown Bacaxá, where there are markets, pharmacies and restaurants. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a whirlpool tub, all bedrooms with a double bed. Living room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms (1 in the suite, 1 in the house, 1 in the pool and 1 in the game room). Game room with ping pong, pool table and foosball. Large green space, with swimming pool, barbecue area, shower, bathroom. A laundry room with a washing machine and tank. Parking with space for 6 cars. Guest access Private house, single entrance, wall and cameras for your security. With everything you'll need for your comfort and a peaceful stay! Other things to note Events are strictly forbidden!!! Maximum number of guests = 12, no guests are allowed beyond this capacity!
