You will have a private room in a home. The room comes with a queen bed, desk, & closet. The bathroom is shared with other guests. Please be mindful of other guests. While you enjoy the privacy of your room, you’re invited to take advantage of our kitchen, living room, or unwind in the backyard garden, where Kubo and Mila (my dogs) love to play. My home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Edgewater, offering easy access to Yuba City, Marysville, & Beale AFB, all within 20 minutes. The space Welcome to Edgewater, a friendly neighborhood in Linda, California. During your stay, I hope you find comfort in the neighborhood. In the front, we have a security camera for surveillance, and it’s a safe community, as I often take my dogs for their daily strolls to the nearby park. Guest access After booking with me, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions to include key pin access 3 days before your arrival. During your stay I like to match the energy of our guests. If a quiet and relaxing vibe is what you need, we understand & we will let you decompress. But if you ever need company, feel free to reach out! I’d like it for you to think you have a friend out here lending their home space :) Other things to note For long-term stays (30+ days), please reach out in advance.
