This space is a 800 sf apartment in our home. You will have complete privacy in your own dedicated space. Park in the driveway and walk 200 feet on the sidewalk to your private entrance. You will have a King select comfort bed, brand new renovated spaces including new bath with heated floor. Kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, kureg, induction hot plate and more. The rooms are right of the corner of a busy street. There is road noise. We are also quite close to the fire station. The space This 800 sf space is a completely private apartment in our home. Guests park in our driveway in the right side and walk about 200 feet in the sidewalk to a guest private entrance. Enter through antique reclaimed cypress doors into a brand new renovated space. Guests enter into the dining and kitchen area which has beautiful exposed beams and large table for eating or working. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, microwave, kureg, induction hot plate, and a variety of cooking and eating utensils and appliances. The bathroom is brand new with a walk in shower, lit mirror, and heated floor. The bedroom offers a king size select comfort bed, 3d TV with streaming services of amazon prime, live tv, as well as blue ray disks of 3d movies. You have a sitting area and ample storage for clothing. All the rooms have lots of natural light from the large windows. All the rooms are right on a busy road. There is moderate road noise. If road noise is a problem this is not the place for you. Please don’t book our place if you intent to give us a less than 5* review and use road noise as the reason. We are a small town but right on a state route. We are also very near the fire station. They are quite respectful and don’t use sirens from 10 pm to 7 am but it can be loud when they do use sirens. We are 7 miles from the Dayton International Airport. We have several parks in walking distance including one with tennis courts, playground, outdoor swings/seating .2 miles away. We have tennis rackets for your use if you give us notice and ask for them. We have 2 restaurant, cvs, a gas station and drive thru in walking distance. 1.5 miles away in Englewood we have all the chain fast food restaurants and 3 grocery stores. Walmart is 5 miles away. Guest access You can access the property anytime with your own key. Parking in our driveway. Other things to note We are right on a state route Highway with moderate road noise and right next to the fire station which sometimes has sirens. They do not put on sirens from 10 pm to 7 am.
