Exclusive Aparment 719. A unit that accommodates up to 4 guests with the privacy of your own kitchenette, featuring a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, TV and climate comfort with a radiator for warmth in the winter and AC for summertime. The bathroom is not located inside the unit. The accommodation is located within walking distance to Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building and Manhattan Mall. A card authorization of $175 will be required for the security deposit upon arrival. The space A valid card is required for a $175 security deposit authorization. This is not a charge. The authorization hold will be released within 10 to 15 business days after check-out, subject to the final inspection of the reserved room. If any damages or misconduct are reported, the hold will be converted into a charge. A flat fee of $7 will apply for releasing the authorization. There is a fee of $3.50 (city tax) to be paid upon arrival. Infants will be considered as adults for the number of occupancy. Please note that infants count as one of the number of guests and are not exempt from occupancy limits or fees. The unit is ideal for couples and families. Front Desk – Check in is available 24 hours after 4pm. You will be picking up your key and signing the license agreement within the rules of our accommodation at the front desk. No on-site parking is available. Nearby garages and street parking are easily accessible. Luggage drop-off service is provided by the building management. This service can be requested at the front desk with a fee of $7 per bag. A one-time supply of towels, soap, and shampoo is provided for the stay. Any modification to the reservation is subject to a $60 fee, upon approval and availability from management. Please note that any request to add an extra guest will incur a $15 fee per person. The total number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy. Infants are also considered part of the total guest count.
