There is a separate lounge room with leather couches and an open fireplace. Kitchen with all the basics including a dining table and TV. The bathroom contains a bath/shower and a concealed washing machine. House has fully ducted air conditioning (heating and cooling). Private courtyard with outdoor lounge and dining. PLEASE NOTE: The yard is not suitable for pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire downstairs Interior. There is a staircase and rooms upstairs which are not currently in use.
