The space Over one acre of land, plenty of room for trailer parking. Deer like to visit the property for a wonderful photo moment. Our enclosed garage and carport will add extra space for your outdoor non-muddy vehicles or toys. There is a hose inside the garage to wash off your vehicles when necessary. A perfect stay for two couples, or a couple and two children. There is an asphalt walking/bike trail from Spring City Utah, Utah to Mount Pleasant, Utah starting on Main Street. Guest access Main level available for guests. Other things to note We allow no more than 4 guests to staying on the property. We also have a trailer hook up that you can utilize for $75.00 per night, and charging for your electric vehicle inside the garage. You will need to bring the adapter for the 50 amp receptacle (see picture). There is no smoking, vaping or incense allowed on the property. There is a guest book inside that includes answers about our heating/cooling thermostat. The front door has a combination lock for your entry and exit. The combination lock has a dial that needs to be turned after the code is put in for entry and exit. The Guest Book also includes interesting facts and amenities for your stay in Spring City. There is also a selection of movies by our TV and smart DVD player. Also a Roku device. Enjoy!
