If you are planning to bring a pet, please email us for pre-approval before booking. Maximum of 2 pets and must be under 25 pounds. There is a small $25 per-pet fee to ensure our space stays clean and comfortable for all guests. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel. Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, and damages stemming from animal bites, etc. We ask that all pets be well behaved and able to get along with our friendly, high energy lab.
