You will have a large bedroom and its en-suite bathroom overlooking the garden in a charming property 12 km from Caen, 30 min from the sea and close to the Suisse Normande. Breakfast is included and will be served in our kitchen or on the terrace. A coffee machine and kettle are available all day. You can relax in a living room with sofa or in the garden A heated swimming pool in season awaits you in this very quiet and relaxing place. The space Old house with large volumes that we recently renovated while preserving as much as possible the period elements (tiles, fireplaces, floors). The bedroom has new and comfortable bedding (160 cm), shutters and light-blocking curtains. Bed linen and towels provided. Breakfast (included) served either on the terrace or indoors depending on the weather. Guest access Access to the room via the main staircase of the house, I will welcome you to hand you the keys. You will be able to park your vehicle in the inner courtyard of the house. The bedroom has a lock. Other things to note The room does not allow self check-in as it is located in our house without direct access to the outside. This is an old house that has been carefully renovated, the floors can sometimes creak... or the doors can squeak... The environment is very quiet but you can hear the little birds in the morning and the owl that lives on one of our chimneys calling its young.
