Cozy home is just that, a quiet comfortable home that you can get lost relaxing in. The home offers weekly and monthly discounts. Whether it be kicking back and watching a movie with friends and family after a hearty BBQ or rendezvousing at home for much needed rest after an eventful night, our home can accommodate your stay. Located 40 minutes from South Padre Island, 36 minutes from SpaceX, and only 5 minutes from Brownsville business district, you'll always have an eventful stay! The space SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS: There are four comfortable and serene rooms for you to choose from. All rooms are equipped with brand new Zinus memory foam mattresses and Serta pillows. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, followed by two queen beds in two standard bedrooms, along with two full sized beds in the last bedroom. SECURITY: There are four cameras located on the exterior of the home. One is over looking the drive way. One is over looking the front door entrance. One is looking down the side walkway of the home. The last is over looking the back patio. These cameras do not record audio. There is no audio or video recording devices inside the home. ENTERTAINMENT: Cozy Home is equipped with @ large TVs. One in the Master bedroom and one in the living room. Each TV is running Roku and is ready to be signed into your favorite streaming platform. Please make sure to sign out of your accounts prior to check out. HOUSE RULES: - Trash: Pickup is Thursday morning. Please place bins out Wednesday night to avoid a $150 hauling fee. - No Parties or Events. An extra guest fee of $35 will be charged for every guest past 10 guests. - Excessive cleaning fee of $150 - Pets are allowed with a $20/day per pet and must be kept in a kennel for the duration of the stay. A kennel can be set up and provided if need be. This is not a deposit, damage caused by pets will be be assessed and collected through Airbnb. - This is a Smoke-free and Drug-free home. Evidence of smoking or drug use will result in a $250 fine. - Please do not rearrange the furniture. Damage fees will be collected for damaged furniture. - Please adhere to original number of guests on the reservation. Additional guest must be approved by us. Unregistered guest may not stay overnight. - Late check-out past 11AM will result in a $50 fee. - Parking is limited to the driveway, no parking on curb. - Quiet hours: 11pm-7am - Please feel free to use all amenities available in our home, as long as you clean them afterward!
