Country loft on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. The apartment is good for families, couples and small groups. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a large property with many fruit trees and shrubs, old trees and natural meadows directly on the lake. The space The apartment is furnished by Sebastian as a designer with many works of art, custom-made products and vintage objects. We are renovating this old farm worker's house primarily in-house ecologically and with regard to building biology and building material recycling. The apartments are plastered with clay and insulated with biologically certified insulating materials. Hot water and heating are operated by solar energy and additionally with a wood pellet heating system. Each apartment also has a wood-burning stove. The apartment actually has two more rooms on the north side, which are not yet usable and will be added later. Guest access In front of the apartment in the garden there is a table and a grill. To get into the garden you have to go down a small wooden staircase. Basically, the garden is freely available to all users of the Steinseehaus… for strolling, swimming, sauna, chilling, playing and sports. There is a jetty on the lake, a pedal boat for free use, a barrel sauna, a trampoline and several places to make a fire and grill. The lake is only partially suitable for swimming, the water is safe, but quite cloudy in summer. Better water can be found in the nearby and little-visited forest lake in the middle of the nature reserve - a 30-minute walk through fields and forests. If you want to use the sauna, you have to heat it yourself, or continue to heat it if others also use it. Wood is available. We would like to ask for a donation of at least €7.50 per person, but there should be at least two people together otherwise it is not worth heating up... there is also a sauna towel per person and infusion oils! The yurt is currently used a lot by Bettina as a midwife and alternative practitioner and by Sebastian as a coach and is usually not available, but if it is free, you can also chill out or do yoga here.
