The house is large with a great room, two sided fireplace and wood-burning stove. We live in the house on the upper level and there will likely be other guests in the house, especially on weekends. There are two full guest bathrooms shared by three guest bedrooms. You have full use of the house, kitchen and patio and the farm grounds. We have WiFi and Roku TV which has Netflix and Amazon Prime Channels only. Guest access Guests have access to: - the entire Farm house - kitchen -great room -porch, deck and patio -swimming pool (when it's open) -animals and pastures -garden -blueberry patch Other things to note BREAKFAST: BREAKFAST IS SERVED ONLY ON WEEKENDS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AT A COST OF $10 PER PERSON. POOL NOTES: THE POOL OPENS MEMORIAL DAY OF EACH YEAR AND CLOSES AT THE END OF LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON AT DUTY AT ANY TIME. CHILDREN MAY ONLY USE THE POOL IF THEIR PARENTS ARE PRESENT. ALL POOL USERS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK.
