Description
There's no better way to feel islanders than this home! The tools are beautifully decorated and will give you the feeling of living in the last century on an island! The house was originally built before 1900 and the settlement as a whole is perhaps the oldest of the Cyclades! You will love the feel of the traditional as you will not only gaze at the alleys and the picturesque courtyards, you will also live in one of them! The space The house is an old traditional village where our grandparents lived. Fully renovated in 2016 and includes two levels of about 20 square meters each, with the bedroom and one bathroom upstairs and the kitchen, living room and second toilet on the ground floor. We have maintained the character of the traditional with all the tools of the owner beautifully decorated on the walls and in various places as you can see in the photos. Guest access They will have access to the whole house including all their countries. There is a small warehouse where we keep some items for the cleanliness and layout of the house, and we may have some things in cabinets. But you have access to the whole house. Other things to note You will be centrally located on the island, perfect for exploring its entirety! Beware the water is not drinkable anywhere on the island! You must have either bottled (we already provide you in your fridge!) or from the installed filters that you will see at the entrances of the settlement (they are operated with a coin holder, you must have a container to fill). You should be aware that we do not have wifi due to the unstable network of providers (slow speeds - disconnections). There is no phone connection in the house and internet. The home has an air conditioning unit that covers its entirety. It takes a walk from the parking spot to the house, about 10’, and concerns the whole of Driopida since it is forbidden to enter a vehicle in the settlement. Overall for the island, you will need transportation to enjoy it better. Although there are public buses, their itineraries are few and they are required to serve a large number of people. Also, there are few available taxis. But we probably have the densest network of electric vehicle chargers, of any other Greek location! Registration Details 00001019068
