Scott Beach Villas # 2

Apartment/Villas, East End. Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal. The space The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Guest access Owner will meet guest to let them in and give them the keys. You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on a 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day and do some grilling. Other things to note We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Fans, T.V, Showers, etc... Upon check-in guess will need to provide a credit card to place a hold in the case of any accidental damage, or breaking the house rules.
