Oak House is in Lechlade on Thames centre within 5 minute walk of pubs and restaurants & shops. Built in 1770 with original features & Cotswold character offering modern facilities. The room is kingsize first floor bedroom, separate lounge & modern bathroom. You would be the only guests with exclusive use of designated part of the house. A continental breakfast is inc. There is a fridge, coffee machine, toaster & kettle . Good coffee shops, cafes & pubs offering lunch/evening meals nearby. The space There is ample parking nearby. There are 3 exclusive rooms. There is a spacious double bedroom as well as a separate lounge fully equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, small sofa, TV. The exclusive bathroom has a big bath and over the bath shower. There are plenty of products available. All rooms are on the first floor. There would be no other guests in the house. The location is a short walk from the town centre. Guest access You will have your own key and you will be our only guests. There is plenty of free street parking nearby. There is a step up to the hall and all the rooms are on the first floor. The lounge and bathroom have 2 steps down from the landing. We will greet you but, if needed, we have a key safe. During your stay One of us will greet you on arrival and handover keys and give you the details you need for your stay. We will be in the house, so available to you when we are there, otherwise only a phone call away. Other things to note Lechlade on Thames is ideally placed and can be your base if you are visiting local events and attractions, for example, The Royal International Air Tattoo in Fairford in July every year is only 6 miles away as well as people visiting Cheltenham races and this is only 30 miles away. Oxford, Swindon and Gloucester are 20-40 minutes drive away. There are fabulous walks around the whole area. Walking guides are available to borrow. No pets or children.
