We promise you will feel right at home in our two-bedroom apartment, located between the city centre and the lake. We call the apartment "Top of the Lake" due to its views of lake Näsijärvi from the 13th floor. The apartment has two balconies, offering amazing lake and city views. Our two bedrooms offer high-quality mattresses and linen, as well as black-out curtains, and can sleep up to 5 people. We offer one free parking spot for guests. The space GENERAL: 13th floor brand new apartment in Ranta-Tampella, close to lake and city center, can accommodate up to five people. FACILITIES: - Living room with comfortable seating and 70 inch TV - Free WiFi (50/10 Mbit) - Free Netflix for guests - Fully equipped kitchen with two coffee makers and everything you need for cooking - 2 balconies, with amazing city and lake views - 1 bathroom with shower & toilet - Sauna with window! - Washer/dryer - Airconditioning SLEEPING: - Bedroom 1: 160 cm wide bed - Bedroom 2: 140 cm wide bed + 90 cm wide bed (bunk bed) Please note that the living room couch is not meant for sleeping. PARKING: We offer free parking in the nearby Koskenparkki garage. This is not in the same building as the apartment, but only 150 meters away in Finnpark Koskenparkki. We offer 1 free parking spot. KIDS: Children are welcome. However, please note that we do not have safety features for infants in place. We offer a high chair for children and a baby cot.
