Only 7 min from NY newest stadium UBS!! 5 mins from the valley Stream LIRR station, 2 mins from local shopping areas and 10 min away! Roosevelt field, movies, and plenty of walking trails near by. Great neighborhood to take walks at any time of the day. Very safe free street parking available. All shops, banks, CVS, etc. are in walking distance You will have access to the suite in its entirety, there will be a refrigerator and a microwave, WiFi, coffee pots towels and toiletry are included as well, they’re additional towels and sheets for your convenience. AC units will be in every room. All linen are cleaned for every new client. We thoroughly sanitize the space after each guest and leave extra cleaning products so you can do additional sanitizing(if you choose to) Guest can access the front door with a combination code that would be the last 4 digits of your phone number that is provided at booking. The keys for the suite are located in the door upstairs. A hand sanitizer dispenser is available and as each guest enters and leaves we ask that they sanitize their hands. The suite is located upstairs with a private entrance. It’s a very lovely private space with extreme comfort. I am always a phone call away, my family lives on the first floor so we are available to answer any questions you may have. Safety first!!! The neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking. We are about 10 mins drive from JFK airport and 40 min from Manhattan. Transport by the long island railroad will get you to time square in 30 min. Lots and lots of shopping near by!!!! Jones beach 🏝 where you can relax is only 20 mins away. If your looking for some relaxing time or the night life your in the right spot!! There are lots of public transportation or access to taxi in the area. During this unfortunate time of Covid 19 Our goal at Jax House is to provide you with the safest environment. 1. There is a sanitation station at the front door for you to cleanse your hands( if you choose) 2. If you have traveled to one of the states mandated by the NY governor to quarantine, please do not book until after the quarantine period is over ( 14 days) 3. The suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitize, but for your convenience there will be extra cleansing wipe under the bathroom sink for use. 4. Please be safe and wear your mask outdoors.
