The Villa is a charming accomodation featuring a fantastic sea view terraces, private access to the sea, a magnificent garden, a beautiful pool with a stunning view to the seaside. It has been tastefully furnished and the 7 rooms with 4 attached bathrooms are cozy and confortable. There are 4 different terraces, all of which facing the sea. It can accommodate up to 12 guests. Parking Place is available inside the Villa, up to 3 cars, for free. The space The accomodation is a particularly charming Sicilian Holiday Villa built directly by the sea, with a magnificent garden and fantastic sea view terraces, on a stretch of coast right between the towns of Balestrate and Terrasini and close to the village of Trappeto. The sea front villa has been built into the surrounding landscape, following it’s contours and is divided into three independent levels of which one is set at a higher point to the others, at a short distance to the others. The terraces offer a great view of the sea and of West Sicily and plenty of outdoor space for all sorts of activities with the sun terrace or the roofed terrace providing shade and the outdoor kitchen with large dinging table for ‘Al Fresco’ dining. Following the large stone paved area to the entrance you become aware of the great contrasts between the green vegetation, the flowers and the intense blue of the sea. The Villa has been tastefully furnished and the 7 rooms with 4 attached bathrooms are cozy and comfortable, each with a superb view of the sea and the gulf. There are 4 different terraces all of which are facing the sea. There is a path through the garden that leads you to the sea, where you have direct access. It can accommodate up to 11 guests as a dépendance is available at the upper floor, and offers direct sea access a few steps from the villa. Enjoy jumping into the water at sunset followed by a lovely dinner or aperitifs on one of the terraces, is an experience not to be missed! Guest access The whole Villa | Parking Place inside, up to 3 cars | The access to the sea is private, suitable from a path through the garden inside | CITY TAX : € 1,50 per guest, up to 7 days, to be paid in cash at your arrival. Other things to note The nearest Villages to the Villa are: Trappeto, Terrasini and Partinico, where you will find shops and amenities as well as a sandy beach (Ciammarita) that stretches for miles. Daytrip to Palermo is an ideal way of combining your sea and sun holidays with the history and architecture of that amazing historical city. Nearby places that are worth visiting are: Balestrate (8 km) with a long sandy beach, Scopello and it's surrondings (36 km), with its 'Tonnara di Scopello' and 'Zingaro Natural Reserve', and Terrasini (10 km), a town well known for its pebble beaches and cliffs, a gorgeous coastline and good restaurants with outdoor terraces. Please note: We can arrange for boat excursions (snorkeling or diving) along the wonderful Zingaro's Natural Reserve, and for private dinners inside the Villa, hosted by Chef Patrizia.
