The space From the kitchen to bathroom products, every detail in our guesthouse has been carefully chosen to reduce environmental impact and promote waste reduction. Our mission is to offer a sustainable living experience without sacrificing luxury. To support sustainability, we encourage our guests to bring a water bottle with them. The property has an advanced filtering system that provides high-quality drinking water, reducing the need for plastic. In the room, you will find a glass water bottle, perfect for use with filtered tap water, and you can fill your bottle to explore the city without environmental impact. We have implemented an automatic access system to guarantee you maximum freedom, allowing you to enter and exit without time constraints. Thanks to our central location, you can easily visit the main places of interest in Rome, such as St. Peter's Basilica and the renowned Spanish Steps. Our goal is to offer you a unique stay, where sustainability and authenticity come together, leaving you with precious memories of your experience in the Eternal City. Guest access We inform you that check-in is available from 3:00 pm and will take place in self mode with codes and apps. Contact us by phone first to access the room. You will receive the access codes to the property a few hours before your arrival. For arrivals after 11:00 p.m., there is a surcharge of €20, to be paid in cash upon arrival. During your stay If you have any questions, requests for information, or needs during your stay, you can contact Tony through the communication portal provided or by mobile phone. We will be happy to assist you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note The kitchen and living room are shared spaces with the other rooms in the apartment. Please note that the kitchen is equipped exclusively for heating food and not for cooking full meals.
