Other things to note Our property offers stunning hillside views, located next to San Nicola Arcella. The beach is a quick 5-minute drive away, nestled between two hills. Please note, walking is not recommended due to the steep terrain and narrow roads. And San Nicola Arcella 6 minutes drive. The rooftop is yours to enjoy—please store furniture safely if it’s windy. Occasional Sahara dust rain is normal in the region; use the hose on the terrace to rinse off surfaces. We kindly ask you to respect neighbors with quiet hours after 11PM.
