Hen-Feudy
Description
Hen Feudy, a single story self catering barn conversion in the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy commands breathtaking views across the Cardigan Bay and the mountains of North Wales. The space Location is everything of course and it doesn't get much better than this. Hen-Feudy is a single story barn conversion in the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy half way between Harlech and Barmouth on the Cambrian coast road. In a slightly elevated position on the outskirts of the village the cottage commands breath taking views across Cardigan Bay and the mountains of North Wales. The cottage has a lovely patio area as well as big mature gardens facing out over the coastline. But large glass panelled oak doors in both the kitchen dinner and the lounge ensures that the view can be enjoyed from the inside as well. In the kitchen this sense of light and space is amplified still further by a high vaulted ceiling and modern lighting. Sleek white units are topped with a polished black granite worktop whilst a more traditional welsh dresser and exposed stonewall give character and a sense of place. The solid oak flooring continues next door into the lounge. Two large 3 seater sofas sit in front of a cast iron log burner. A modern TV sits in the corner of the room but your attention will undoubtedly be drawn to the view outside especially as the sun dips down into the bay towards the end of the day. Two bedrooms, one double one twin. Again, both are bright and airy and well appointed. The bathroom next door has a contemporary suite complete with powerful shower over a large bath. A small utility room houses the washing machine and small freezer.
