Please report any issues within 1 hour of arrival. Unreported damages will be considered the guest’s responsibility. ⛔ No unregistered guests ⛔ No smoking ⛔ No pets ⛔ No parties or events ⛔ No alcohol & Drugs (Use of any high substance alcohol and any illegal substance is strictly prohibited on the premises.) ⛔ Leaving the unit messy, damaged, or with soiled linens will result in penalties. ⛔️ No Use of the Washing Machine, unless permitted by the owner, with a minimal fee of 300 Pesos per use, as the washing machine is intended for the use of long-term guests (1-month stay). Please be aware that if the guest fails to follow the unit's house rules, if there are any bed or carpet stains, missing or broken items, signs of smoking, or if the unit is excessively cluttered.
