To ensure a pleasant experience for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules: 🫧 Clean as you go: Please keep the suite neat and organized. 🍳 Light cooking only: No cooking of food with strong odors (e.g., seafood, dried fish). 🗑 Dispose of leftovers properly: Kindly take your leftover food with you. 🛋 Care for the unit: All items, appliances, and furniture are in good working condition with clean linens. Please report any issues within 1 hour of arrival. Unreported damages will be considered the guest’s responsibility. ⛔ No smoking ⛔ No pets ⛔ No parties or events ⛔ No unregistered guests ⛔ Leaving the unit messy, damaged, or with soiled linens will result in penalties. ⛔️ No Use of the Washing Machine, unless permitted by the owner, with a minimal fee of 300 Pesos per use, as the washing machine is intended for the use of long-term guests (1-month stay). ⚠ Penalty for violations: ₱3,000 We trust you will treat our suite with respect and care, just as you would your own home.
